wait and see 

 The Cwa participates in a monthly safety conference with Jason Moore. We have some craft members getting injuried and either not reporting it or waiting for another day.If you tweaked something, please contact your supervisor immediately. Tell them that you felt something and your manager will open a case. This is called wait and see. There is no investigation or discipline and it will stay open for one year. If the next day you are in pain then that case number is already opened. An investigation will start. If it was preventable , discipline may or may not occur. At least you will cover yourself. Please pass this along to all your co workers.       JT
